Speaking and Guest Lectures
With over two decades of applied movement experience, Alexia offers Classical Pilates-based instruction shaped by both professional teaching and scholarly inquiry. Her approach is informed, intentional, and grounded in how women’s bodies change over time. Alexia also offers yoga programming for corporate wellness events, retreats, and conferences. At this time, new one-on-one yoga clients are not being accepted.
